The hardest part of getting research right is knowing what (and when!) to ask. That's why we work with the client to design each project, ensuring that we frame the questions, pick the methodologies, and construct the outputs in the most helpful way.
We prefer to work in sprints of 4-6 weeks each, allowing us to nimbly follow new lines of inquiry while getting you insights quickly.

- Analyze our findings to uncover hidden opportunities, trends, and obstacles for your business;
- Create compelling outputs in formats designed specifically to help your team efficiently digest and use what we've learned.

GE Global Innovation
How do we adapt our cutting-edge social media strategy to the Chinese market?
We combined insights from 30+ interviews with Chinese millennials in 4 cities with in-depth digital immersion to map out China's social media landscape for GE's Global Innovation team. The results were presented as a talk that highlighted unique behaviors, promising up-and-coming platforms, and key differences from the American ecosystem.

What are futuristic ways people are using digital and mobile services around the globe, and what do these behaviors point toward?
We ran the China portion of a multisite internal study for Daimler about cutting-edge technological behavior. In addition to designing, conducting, and documenting site-specific research, we synthesized the findings into major themes for a presentation to the team.
